#channels

Every channel, one voice. Each one ends in a booked call.

Sealrep runs cold email, LinkedIn, X and Reddit from the same list and the same notes, so every touch builds on the one before it.

01 · Cold email

Cold email from inboxes Sealrep sets up and warms for you.

The first email names the reason it noticed the company: a hire, a funding round, a post. No template, no merge tags.

Three inboxes, 25 a day each, ramped slowly. One pauses on its own when bounces reach 2%.

Outcome:

A first email that gives the reader one real reason to answer.

#founder’s note

I built this system for my own companies first. Now it is a product.

Three companies I founded show $19,150,342 in verified revenue on TrustMRR. iBubble took $698,246 gross between February 16 and April 10. I grew these with cold email, Reddit, LinkedIn and X.

The work behind it was the same every day:

  • Find the few people who actually have the problem, and the reason they have it now
  • Write to them like a person, on the channel where they already talk
  • Answer the replies, and book the call

The routine worked. The tools did not: a list in one place, an inbox in another, a writer somewhere else, and replies landing where nobody was watching.

Sealrep is that system, as a product. It finds the people, writes to them on cold email and on LinkedIn inside daily limits you set, drafts the Reddit posts you post and the X replies you send, answers the replies and books the meeting. Nothing goes out until you approve it; you can change that per action.

If you want to ask me something first, book fifteen minutes. I take those calls myself.

Questions buyers ask. Answered straight.

is this software or an agency?

Software. You sign up, connect an inbox and a LinkedIn account, and Sealrep works inside the app: it builds the list, writes the messages, answers replies and books the meeting. There is no retainer and no account manager. It costs $59 a month and you cancel in the app.

does it send anything without me?

Not until you say so. Approve every message is the default: Sealrep finds the buyer, writes the message and waits for you to press Approve. Later you can let follow-ups go out on their own, or switch on Autopilot inside limits you set. Two channels never send by themselves: on Reddit, Sealrep finds the thread and drafts the answer, and you post it; on X, it drafts the reply, and you send it.

will it get my LinkedIn account restricted?

It can, and we will not tell you otherwise. LinkedIn’s terms do not permit third-party tools that automate activity on LinkedIn, and accounts that use them risk being restricted or shut down. What Sealrep does to limit that risk: it stays inside daily limits you set, works only in your working hours, and stops at the first warning from LinkedIn. The lower your limits, the lower the risk. If you want no automation on LinkedIn at all, keep Approve on and send each note yourself.

will it burn my domain?

Cold email burns a domain when mail goes out too fast, from inboxes nobody warmed, to addresses that bounce. Sealrep sends from separate sending domains, not your main one, sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warms each inbox for weeks before it carries real mail, caps every inbox at the daily number you set, and pauses an inbox for 24 hours when its bounce rate reaches 2%. Google asks senders to keep spam complaints below 0.3% (Google, Email sender guidelines). The app shows each inbox’s warm-up, daily count and bounce rate.

will it sound like AI with my name on it?

Every message is built from named facts about one person: a job post, a funding round, something they wrote last week. You read the message with those facts listed under it before it goes out, and you can edit any line. Nothing is copied from a template, so two people never get the same email.

where does the lead data come from?

From public sources: company websites, job posts, funding announcements, the posts people publish themselves, and any list you upload. Each lead shows the reason it fits and where that signal came from. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and a postal address, and anyone who opts out is removed across every channel. Our trust & data page explains the lawful basis we rely on and how a person can ask to be removed.
